this was a "how to" not a review
ReplyDeletehow about the life of the nespresso ? i'm thinking of buying one, cos my last coffe machine broke down 1s every year and the repair cost were always high, so this time i wont repair it, and buy a new one from nespresso.
ReplyDelete@dukkkman Umm, no it does not make great coffee. I'm sorry.
ReplyDelete@66coffeehouse So true. No one will listen.
ReplyDelete@perryham And you admit to that lol
ReplyDelete@66coffeehouse Coffee snobs are very unattractive......The Nespresso makes great coffee without the barista BS (and cost)
ReplyDeleteI would damn this machine if I worked in a coffee (upmarket lunchbar) shop.
Slap..Slap...Slap !
This dude is on crack@!@!@!@! Crema is terrible and the milk froth is so dry. Can people in the world please realize that great espresso drinks take art, knowledge and a great FRESH product. I tried a Nespresso and it tasted old and stale...completely a slap in the face to word espresso.
ReplyDeleteThe foam was horrible. It should never be that dry. Those are like static bubbles from soap. Proper microfoam should be creamy with no visible bubbles.
ReplyDelete@fluffyman15 Gotta save people from drinking poison. Thanks for subscribing :)
ReplyDelete@renix
ReplyDeleteI saw that your commenting on nearly every nespresso video.
whats wrong with you? get a life rofl
@presspass Hey dude :P i just wonder.. what type of coffee cube do you use for cappuccino?
ReplyDeleteand what would you recommend for latte?
The crema is almost too good, looks like the coffee may have a foaming agent mixed in, having said that I've tried Nespresso and it is very good.
ReplyDeletej'ai revendu nespresso et suis passé à tassimo, café meilleur
ReplyDelete@renix ha
ReplyDeleteThe crema is disgusting. It should never be that pale. Mottled red is what you're looking for.
ReplyDelete@watercao Better than most commercial ones? Now you're talking out of your rear. Perfectly extracted? Not even close. Exquisite crema? HA! HA! It's like pale dooty. I've sampled it plenty of times and it's crap each time.
ReplyDeleteI'd like to ignore all the experts and snobs here and say my piece. I'm stuck on a base in the Sinai desert and the only decent coffee we get is in our library, which has this exact set-up. As long as you get your cups hot (I use one for the coffee then add it to the bigger cup which I keep hot in a stream of tap water) and don't put too much milk into the aeroccino you'll do fine. Trial and error. Don't trust the volume, do it manually. There, I'm done. Enjoy your coffee, however you make it!
ReplyDeleteis this coffee machine better than a tasimo machine?
ReplyDeleteI got a great tip for homemade espresso at coffeeloverstipandtricks (.) com
ReplyDeletepreheat the cups prior using
ReplyDelete@presspass There is also "latte macchiato" which is milk stained by espresso. That is the kind of macchiato that Starbucks has made popular.
ReplyDeleteAnd for the record, those cappuccinos look terrible.
Can I use Soy Milk in my Aeroccino?? What an awesome video!!..very helpful and full of great tips...I'm enjoying my C101 Essenza with Aeroccino.. ..<3
ReplyDelete@liquidfire56 Amen to this :D
ReplyDeletemark of a good espresso? lets start with real freshly grounded beans and a proper machine. serious, this is bullshit.
ReplyDeletehola
ReplyDeleteprobar las capsulas nesul, a mi me funcionan perfectamente.
theres one thing im not getting here, for a normal, barista made shot, it should take al least 25 seconds, the guy just said in 15 seconds (from putting the pod in the machine to the pump turning off) you have the perfect espresso, wouldn't the espresso be under extracted and not a full bodied? how can one achieve that without cheating? Just my two cents....
ReplyDeleteFor me, in the lead for making The Worst Coffee In The World is the United States, followed by the UK. I do not understand the "latte" - it's just milk! To use an old phrase - where's the beef? Best? Italy, Portugal, Spain, Austria (different style), France. After my friends' Nespresso machines, I'll stick to La Pavoni. Pull her handle right and she sings. But without the right coffee, you'll play all day and get nowhere. Correct crema should be the result of quality coffee, not mechanics.
